NUVO FÜDS offers nourishing anytime treats that are both classic and modern. Our flavors, ingredients and methods are straightforward yet nuanced, well-considered yet spontaneous, tried and true yet original. Above all, it is very important to us that what looks good translates into tasting great AND feeling great!
TREAT YOURSELF WELL is our guiding principle in creating and sharing these treats as it's something to live by always, in all ways. Of course, treating yourself well includes treating others well too!

WHO IS NUVO?
NUVO FÜDS and its products were conceived and developed in 2020 by Joshua Stern, a Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, Designer and long-time plant-based eater with ample experience providing nutritional guidance to private clients, as well as serving guests in the food industry.
A lover of premier health food establishments, Joshua is grateful for their inspiring offerings, their dedication to a vision and their very existence! Joshua's favorite food choices (to eat and to create) are those "just right" things you want to eat again and again, simply because they taste great and feel good any time of day. In the realm of treats as we know them, he appreciates all kinds but prefers them not-too-sweet.
Joshua bakes and works with other artisan bakers and savvy associates to bring his vision to life and is thankful for their ongoing contributions and commitment to quality.
