Amidst all the inspired baking and forthcoming stand-alone NUVO CRUMBLES (Cinnamon, Pecan Spice and Walnut Spice), some of our first creations were actually chilled NUVO WHIPS, which we describe as "whippy-creamy" in texture, a mousse-parfait.  Being a big fan of all things whippy (especially whipped cream!), the creator of NUVO FÜDS fashioned something versatile enough for breakfast (think açaí bowl base), for snacking (think yogurt without probiotics), for dessert (think mousse) or for other anytime enjoyment!
